It’s hard to get a real person on the phone these days when making an online purchase, but De Flora has excellent customer service. They delivered beautifully packaged flowers for my daughter’s birthday, and everything arrived just as promised. Ordering online from New York to have them delivered in Miami felt like a big risk, but it was absolutely worth it. I strongly recommend De Flora for their reliability and quality.
